Pulaski Man Facing Multiple Burglary Charges

OSWEGO, NY -On 5/30/12 at 1:32 p.m., Quintin Briglin, 19, of North Jefferson Street Bldg. 4992, Pulaski, was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility for 3 counts of Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony and 3 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class a misdemeanor for incidents that occurred on 4/14/12 in the village of Pulaski when he allegedly broke screens on windows to gain access to the residences.

At the same time, he was charged with 2 counts of Burglary, 2nd degree, 2 counts of Petit Larceny, 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 1 count of Grand Larceny, 4th degree and 1 count of Grand Larceny, 3rd degree for incidents that occurred in the village of Pulaski when he allegedly stole a Chevrolet Blazer from a residence after damaging the screens on the residence to gain access and also damaging screens to another residence to gain access.

Mr. Briglin was then charged with Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony; Burglary, 2nd degree; Burglary, 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree stemming from one incident where he allegedly broke into vehicles in the driveway and damaged screens on the residence’s windows and the other incident in which he allegedly damaged screens on the residence.

Mr. Briglin was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Hon. Judge Adkins and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $10,000 cash with a return to T/O Richland Court on 6/4/12.

Also at the time, Mr. Briglin was charged with 2 counts of Burglary, 2nd degree and 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree for incidents that occurred in the town of Mexico where he allegedly removed screens from the residences for entry.

He was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Hon. Judge Adkins and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $10,000 cash with a return to Town of Mexico Court on 6/12/12. missing or outdated ad config
