From Harborfest:
The Harborfest Children’s Parade scheduled for Friday morning has been postponed and rescheduled for Saturday at noon.
ThepParade, sponsored by Oswego Health, will start at East Park and the route will take participants to the Novelis Family Park at Fort Ontario.
Pre-parade festivities will be limited, but all children are encouraged to come and join in the fun.
Harborfest officials said Friday afternoon that they’re “moving forward at this point with the schedule. There may be some delays at certain parks, but hopefully not many.”
In case of inclement weather on Saturday night, the rain date for the fireworks is Sunday.
