Based upon information developed by the Oswego City Police Department Anti-Crime Team in the city of Oswego, police executed a search warrant at 31 Hayfly Road Scriba on Thursday at 5:39 a.m.

They were assisted by the NYSP Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT) NYSP Special Operations Response Team (SORT), Oswego County Sheriff’s Department, and Scriba Volunteer Fire Department.
As a result, three ounces of Methamphetamine Oil along with materials used in the manufacturing of Methamphetamine were seized.
Andrew J. Miller, 52, 31 Hayfly Road, Scriba, and Heidi E. Walters, 47, of 31 Hayfly Road Scriba, were subsequently charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd (A-II Felony), Manufacturing Methamphetamine 3rd (D Felony), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor).
Both were arraigned in Scriba Town Court and remanded to OCJ without bail.
They are due back to Scriba Town Court on October 18.
