OSWEGO, NY – Matt Driscoll, the director of the NYS Environmental Facilities Corp., will be visiting the city of Oswego on Thursday.
He will discuss Governor Cuomo’s State of the State Address and its impact on the CNY region.
He will be in the Common Council Chamber in City Hall at 11a.m.
