HANNIBAL, NY – State Police in Pulaski arrested Daniel R. Carswell, 43, from Hannibal, for Rape 1st, a class “B” felony and Sex Abuse 1st, a class “D” felony.
Carswell is accused of engaging in forcible sexual intercourse with a female victim inside her residence on April 18 in the Town of Oswego.
He was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $10,000 bail.
