State Police Arrest Three Subjects With alleged Mobile Meth Lab

FULTON, NY – The New York State Police at Fulton arrested 3 subjects following a traffic stop on South Second Street for a number of drug related offenses this past week.

Troopers reportedly initially discovered an illegal gravity knife and several used hypodermic needles in the vehicle passenger areas.

Further investigation lead to the discovery of approximately 18 packets of heroin and components of a One Pot Methamphetamine manufacturing operation in the trunk, troopers said.

Arrested were:

Ronald R Gibbs, age 25, 36 Sawmill Road Pulaski NY

Brittany E Scullen, age 23, 6061 S. Main St., Sandy Creek NY

Heather L Grossman, age 27, 36 Sawmill Road, Pulaski NY

All three subjects were charged with Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd (B-Felony), Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine 3rd (D-Felony), and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor).

Gibbs was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (Misdemeanor) for allegedly possessing the gravity knife and Vehicle Traffic Law Offenses.

They were arraigned in the City of Fulton Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail pending further court proceedings.
