State Police in Pulaski are investigating a fatal one-car crash that occurred on December 2 at approximately 7 a.m. on Frank Lacy Road in the town of Richland.
The investigation has revealed a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox, operated by Tyler J. Spicer, 36, from Pulaski, was westbound on Frank Lacy Road, a half-mile east of State Route 11.
He reportedly lost control of the vehicle, traveled off the south shoulder and then overcorrected causing the vehicle to exit the north shoulder and strike a tree.
Spicer, the sole occupant, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation is continuing.
