The following is an update on the fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on June 9 in the town of Redfield.
The survivor of the accident, Paul Johnson, 70, of Hastings, was charged with Vehicular Manslaughter in the second degree, a class D Felony.
Johnson was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
No other details were available.
