PARISH – State Police reported today (June 12) that they arrested Joseph R. Pappa, 48, from Oswego, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Pappa is a school teacher at Altmar-Parish-Williamstown School District.
He is accused of sending an inappropriate Facebook message to a 16-year-old female student.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Parish Court on June 26 at 5 p.m.
