OSWEGO – On Sunday, April 7, at approximately 7:41 p.m., an Oswego Police Officer attempted to stop a 2013 Gray Infinity G37 on East Seneca Street near George Street in the city of Oswego.
The vehicle did not comply with the emergency lights and siren and sped away at a high rate of speed passing multiple vehicles as it left the city of Oswego headed east on County Route 1.
The vehicle reached CR1 and CR 1a where the driver lost control and went off the roadway, causing the vehicle to overturn.
There were three adult occupants in the vehicle.
All occupants were transported by ambulance for medical evaluations and multiple charges are pending.
There were no injuries to uninvolved persons.
Oswego Police were assisted on the scene by Oswego County Sheriff’s Department, US Border Patrol, and Mentor Ambulance.
