OSWEGO, NY – At approximately 6:30 p.m. on Friday (April 3), investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force, pursuant to a narcotics investigation, conducted a traffic stop on State Route 48 near Vann Drive in the town of Granby.

The vehicle was occupied by the driver, Adam I. Vincent, 39, of 409 Hannibal St., Fulton, and one passenger, Mark A. Grandazzo, 38, of 19 W. First St., North, Apartment #2 Fulton.
Upon further investigation, investigators located and seized 23.4 grams of crack cocaine, having an approximate street value of $2,400 as well as nine bags of heroin having an approximate street value of $180, according to the police report.
It is alleged that the seized drugs were possessed with the intent to sell.
Both subjects were arrested and charged as follows:
Adam Vincent:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, intent to sell – Class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree – Class B Felony
Mark Grandazzo:

2 counts – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, intent to sell- Class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree- Class B Felony
Vincent and Grandazzo were arraigned in Granby Town Court.
Grandazzo was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
Vincent was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
They are both have return court dates of today, April 6.
