
OSWEGO, NY – On September 28, the Oswego City Police Department responded to a 911 dispatch for a burglary in progress at a private residence.
Upon their arrival, a neighbor told police they observed two people enter the residence
while the owner was not there.
Subsequently, Grover L. Shelton, 21, of 18 Minerva St., Oswego and Michelle L. Goodno, 36, also of 18 Minerva St., were arrested for second-degree burglary (Class C Felony) and petit larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).

Shelton and Goodno were both arraigned in Oswego City Court and remanded to
the Oswego County Jail on $20,000 cash bail / $40,000 bond.
They were to return to court Tuesday.
