OSWEGO, NY – At 5:18 p.m. on Monday, Chad E. Grinnell, 30, of 14 Country Lane, Hannibal, and BillieJo E. Lewis, 32, of US Route 11 Bldg. 12, Mexico, were both arrested at the Oswego County Jail for third-degree methamphetamine manufacturing, a class D felony.
The arrests stem from the investigation into a separate incident in the town of Hannibal where they were allegedly found to be manufacturing meth at the residence.
Mr. Grinnell and Ms. Lewis were transported to the Town of Hannibal Court and arraigned by Hon. Judge Hafner
Mr. Grinnell was remanded back to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
Ms. Lewis held without bail.
Both are scheduled to appear back in court on June 11.
