OSWEGO, NY – On 8/20/12 at 1:07 p.m., Robert Lyndon Trumble, 27, of Cusson Road Bldg. 102, West Monroe, and Heather A. LaBreck, 21, of Spaulsbury Road Bldg. 117, West Monroe, were arrested for Welfare Fraud, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Offering a False Instrument for Filing, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
They allegedly failed to provide the Oswego County Housing Department with proper living arrangements and income which would have made them ineligible for more than $12,000 in housing assistance.
Mr. Trumble and Ms. LaBreck were arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Hon. Judge Adkins and ROR’d.
They are to appear in Oswego City Court on 8/23/12.
