University Police Make Felony Arrest

OSWEGO TOWN – SUNY Oswego University Police arrested an Oswego man on two felony charges on Feb. 3.

After a traffic stop by University Police, Jared Durval, 20, was charged with aggravated family offense (violating an order of protection) and criminal contempt in the first degree, both Class E felonies, as well as failure to obey a stop sign, an infraction.

Durval was arraigned in Oswego Town Court on Monday, Feb. 5.
