OSWEGO, NY – The following is the work schedule for the Utica Street Bridge Renovation Project.
WEEK OF MARCH 22
Economy Paving Co. Inc. (Contractor) is mobilizing to commence the project.
Ed Honour is the contractor’s project superintendent.
Tom Munson is the NYSDOT engineer-in-charge.
Contractor will start and complete traffic signal rearrangement work at both ends of the bridge.
Contractor will install pavement striping, signs, barricades, and shut down north side of the bridge. Traffic will be retained on the south side of the bridge; one lane in each direction.
Contractor will install temporary concrete barrier in middle of the bridge.
Contractor will commence demolition of the existing steel guiderail on the south side of the bridge.
