OSWEGO, NY – As part of the city sewer line upgrade, Washington Boulevard will be closed on Monday, August 18, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. from the Forks of the Road to Fifth Avenue.
Detour signs will direct traffic up Route 104 West to Fifth Avenue, and then back to Washington Boulevard.
Limited traffic will have access to Raby’s Ace Home Center.
