OSWEGO, NY – On 10/08/12 at 6:44 p.m., Timothy P. Maloney, 51, and Timothy C. Maloney, 25, both of 258 State Route 183, Williamstown, were each arrested for first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class C felony, and unlawful growing of cannabis, a class A misdemeanor.

They were arraigned before the Hon. Elizabeth Dunham, Town of Amboy Court, and released on their own recognizance.
Both are scheduled to return to court on Oct. 16.
The Maloneys were arrested after a marijuana growing operation was allegedly discovered on their property during an unrelated investigation.
Reportedly, two growing plots were discovered in the woods as well as one inside a tent-like structure behind the house.
Approximately 62 plants were removed from the premises as well as a quantity of cut marijuana located inside the residence.
