OSWEGO COUNTY- The Oswego County Department of Mobility Management announces that its OPT Route 13 will be closed today, Dec. 31, due to inclement weather.
Those riding other OPT routes today should expect delays.
OPT Route 13 serves parts of Fulton, Oswego, New Haven, Mexico, Port Ontario, Pulaski, Sandy Creek, Richland and Williamstown.
