Oswego County Closes OPT Route 13 for Afternoon of October 29

OSWEGO COUNTY — The Oswego County Office of Mobility Management announced that OPT Route 13 will be closed for the afternoon of Oct. 29, 2026, due to a staff shortage.

A bus from OPT Route 10 will be at the Oswego County Department of Social Services (DSS) in Mexico at 4:15 and 6:08 p.m. to pick up anyone needing transportation from DSS. The bus will conduct a sweep of the route to ensure that any remaining DSS clients are picked up, according to the county’s release.

OPT Route 13 serves parts of Fulton, Oswego, New Haven, Mexico, Port Ontario, Pulaski, Sandy Creek, Richland and Williamstown.
