Oswego County Legislature Schedules Organizational Meeting Jan. 6

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature holds its 2026 organizational meeting at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6.

The Legislature will select a Chairman, Vice Chairman and Clerk of the Legislature for 2026. It will also swear in six new legislators, while 19 others re-affirm their oaths of office. The group will then adopt resolutions designating official banks and newspapers of record and open the county for business in the new year.
