Oswego County Office for the Aging Announces May Community Hours

OSWEGO COUNTY – Staff of the Oswego County Office for the Aging (OFA) and NY Connects will visit several communities around the county throughout May to offer program information and application assistance to those who are unable to visit the Oswego office.

“In an effort to make assistance as accessible as possible, we continue to offer monthly community hours across the county,” said OFA Director Sara Sunday. “These meeting times are a great way to get in-person information and assistance at a location near you.”

Those interested in making an appointment should call the OFA weekdays at 315-349-3484.

May community office hours include:

  • Hannibal Public Library, 162 Oswego St.: Thursday, May 8; 1 to 3 p.m.
  • Phoenix Public Library, 34 Elm St.: Friday, May 9; 1 to 3 p.m.
  • Fulton Public Library, 160 S. First St.: Tuesday, May 13; 1 to 3 p.m.
  • Amboy Town Hall, 822 NYS Rte. 69: Friday, May 23; 1 to 3 p.m.
  • Sandy Creek Town Hall, 1922 Harwood Dr.; Tuesday, May 27; 10 a.m. to noon
  • Central Square Library, 637 S. Main St.; Wednesday, May 28; 10 a.m. to noon
  • Mexico Public Library, 3269 Main St.; Thursday, May 29; 10 a.m. to noon.
