OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Solid Waste Department announces that its Oswego Transfer Station is running at a reduced capacity due to mechanical issues. Residents going to the transfer station should expect delays.
During this time, only Disposal Bays 1 and 2 will be open on the tipping floor. Bay 4 will be open when customers have metal to dispose of.
The Oswego Transfer Station is located at 700 E. Seneca St. Its hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
