The Campaign of Jim Rice, who is running for Mayor of Fulton this year, is pleased to announce that he has received the endorsement of the Region 5 Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA).

CSEA is the largest public employees’ union in New York State with over 265,000 members. Region 5 is composed of active and retired workers in 20 Counties throughout the Northern, Central, Finger Lakes Mohawk Valley and Southern Tier areas of Upstate New York.
