OSWEGO COUNTY – On March 5, 2023, the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation after receiving information that child sexual abuse material was being sent on Kik from the address of a home in the Town of Sandy Creek.
On March 30, a Search Warrant was executed at the home and many electronic devices were seized, including seven cellular phones. While executing the Search Warrant, Anthony C. Friot, who is 31 years old, was taken into custody.
