OSWEGO COUNTY – On April 20, 2026, the New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative throughout Oswego County, focusing on retail establishments that sell alcoholic beverages.
As part of this enforcement effort, numerous locations were checked for compliance with New York State Alcohol Beverage Control laws. The initiative is designed to ensure that businesses properly verify identification and do not sell alcohol to individuals under the legal drinking age.
All locations inspected during this initiative were found to be in compliance.

- Red’s Palermo Market – 4086 State Route 3, Fulton, NY 13069
