Ann Eleanor Champlin, 80, of Conifer Drive, Baldwinsville, NY and former Phoenix NY resident, died Sunday October 4, 2009. Born in Phoenix to her late parents, Wilfred D. and Ida Mae (Hubbard) Nelson. She was a graduate of Phoenix High School. A member of Canton Woods Senior Center; a volunteer to many organizations.
Pre-deceased by her husband Richard H. Champlin and a brother Wilford Nelson.
Surviving are her four sons, Timothy Champlin of Orwell, David Champlin of Hastings, Chris Champlin of Colorado Springs, CO, Gregory Champlin of Silver Springs, MD; two sisters, Dorothy Jenkins of Baldwinsville, and Gail Hess of Phoenix; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces, and nephews.
Services are at 8 pm on Wednesday October 7 at the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home Phoenix. Calling hours are from 6 pm to 8 pm prior to the service at the funeral home 431 Main St. Burial in Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
