OSWEGO, NY – Barbara D. Murray, 73, a resident of 217 W. Seventh St., Oswego, died Tuesday evening July 29, 2008, in Oswego Hospital.
Born in Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Flossie Burghart McLymond.
She was the widow of Thomas E. Murray Sr.
Mrs. Murray had been employed for many years at Dorsey Distributing Co.
She is survived by two stepsons, Thomas E. (DeeDee) Murray and Michael J. (Renee Pelkey) Murray both of Oswego; one brother, Howard McLymond Jr. of Mexico; two sisters, Edna Keller of Lacona, Doris Dimon of Mexico; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Murray was predeceased by two sisters, Elaine Yablonski and Beverly Kellar.
Visitation will be held 8:30 – 10 a.m. Saturday with private services to follow at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Contributions in Mrs. Murray’s memory maybe made to a charity of one’s choice.
