Charlie Martin, 67, of Fulton, died August 25, 2008.
Born in Cazenovia, he lived most of his life in Fulton. Charlie was a bartender at several local taverns in the Fulton-Oswego area. There are no surviving relatives but he leaves behind several close friends.
There are no calling hours or funeral services. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has charge of arrangements.
