Clayton C. Williamson, 94, of West Side Manor, Liverpool and formerly of Pennellville, NY for 59 years passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008.
He was born in Syracuse in 1913 to the late Charles M. and Elizabeth C. (Arnold) Williamson. Clayton had been employed by the Roofer’s Local 195 for many years.
He was predeceased by wives Helen L. in 1963 and Joan M. in 1998; daughter Nancy Seguin in 1995; seven siblings.
Surviving are his son, Guy M. (Donna) Williamson; daughters Judy (Gary) Borland, Jean (Carter) Downer, Rita (Bob) Woodworth; sons, Glenn Braden and Kevin (Valerie) Braden; 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Pennellville United Methodist Church, 389 Co. Rt 54, Pennellville, followed by burial in Pennellville Cemetery. The Rev. Constance L. Seifert will officiate.
