Clinton P. Collins, 81, of Granby passed away Friday at Community General Hospital.
Born in Fulton he was a life resident of the area. Clinton retired from Container Corp. of America, Fulton after more than 30 years.
He was a Marine Corp. veteran, serving from 1943 to 1945. He was a life member of V.F.W. Post 569, Fulton and a life member of Merton R. Kemp, Jr. Detachment #561, Fulton. Clinton enjoyed many sports.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Eleanor Collins of Granby; a sister, Vivian Ciciarelli of Fulton; an aunt, Beverly Wettering of Granby; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be 12 noon Tuesday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial will be at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
