OSWEGO, NY – Covault Marsh, 99, and a former resident of Valley Road in Fernwood, died Monday morning Aug. 4, 2008, at Pontiac Nursing Home.
He was born in Detroit, Michigan, and was the son of the late Perry and Eva Searles Marsh.
Mr. Marsh was married for 70 years to Frances McDouough Marsh, who died in 2007.
Mr. Marsh had been a volunteer with Meals on Wheels in Pulaski for many years.
He was a communicant of Christ Our Light Catholic Church in Pulaski.
He is survived by one daughter, Judy (Richard) Blodgett of Oswego; three sons, Joseph (Diane) Marsh of California, John (Kathy) Marsh of Mexico and Jerry (Sharon) Marsh of Michigan; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 10:30 a.m. at Christ Our Light Church in Pulaski.
Burial will be in Richland Cemetery.
There are no calling hours.
