David E. Titus, 47, of Oswego passed away November 20 at home.
Born in Oswego, he was a life resident of the area. David had co-owned and operated D&E Construction for several years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his son. David was predeceased by his father, Richard N. Jaroszewski, who died in 2008.
Surviving: his son, Nicholas Titus; his mother, Joyce Jaroszewski of Fulton, his sisters, Katherine Phelps and Sandra Ross, both of Oswego; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial calling hours will be held, Friday, December 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. There will be no services. In David’s memory, contributions may be made to his son Nicholas c/o Sandra Ross, 296 Bingham Rd., Oswego, 13126.
