Francis “Joe†James, 72, of Simeon Dewitt Apt., Oswego, passed away January 15, 2010 at Pontiac Care and Rehab.
Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late Harley and Helen (Carey) James.
Joe was an Army Veteran serving from 1956 to 1959.
Surviving are two daughters, Donna Irwin of New Braunfels, Tx and Tricia James of Oswego; two sons, Timothy James of N.J. and Joseph James of Swedesboro, N.J.; a sister, Helen Henderson of Oswego; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church, Oswego.
