PHOENIX, NY – Jeremy H. Clark, 40, of South Granby Road, town of Granby, passed away on Monday August 21, 2017.
He was born to his mother, Cindy L. (Eggleston) Clark, and his late father, Larry J. Clark, on May 29, 1977 in Syracuse, NY.
Jeremy was a graduate of J. C. Birdlebough High School, Phoenix Central Schools, Phoenix, NY.
He enjoyed spending a lot of time with his daughter, Jocelynn.
He liked to go fishing, riding snowmobiles and working on motors.
Besides his father Larry’s passing in 1997, he was also predeceased by his sister, Nicole Clark, in 1988.
Surviving are his daughter, Jocelynn Clark of Clay; his mother, Cindy L. Clark of the town of Granby; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 28, from 4 – 6 p.m. in the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix.
The funeral service will be at 6 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Stan Bennett officiating.
Burial immediately following the service in Chase Cemetery, 9450
