PHOENIX, NY – Kevin C. Allen Jr., 43, of Mexico, NY, passed away on Monday Jan. 22, 2018.
He was born to Kathrine (Roscoe) and Kevin C. Allen Sr. on Aug. 19, 1974.
Surviving are his children, Nicholas Stubba, Gabriella Allen and Isabella Allen; his parents, Kevin and Kathrine; a sister, Katha (Wayne) Halstead; a brother, Sean Kelly.
A family gathering will be at Katha’s home on Saturday, Jan. 27, at 3 p.m.
