PHOENIX, NY – Korleen Booth Williams, 98, former Lamson Road, Phoenix,
resident passed away on Wednesday June 28, 2017, at Syracuse Home Association, Baldwinsville.
She was born in Natural Bridge, NY, on July 24, 1918, to Patti (Tillotson) and Sylvester Booth.
She was a 1935 graduate of Carthage High School.
Korleen was active in the Civil Air Patrol, held her pilot’s permit and worked in the X-Ray department all in the city of Watertown, NY.
Koreen retired in 1984 from A. L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton, NY, working in the credit department.
She was predeceased by her husband, Griffith L. Williams, on May 23, 1978.
Surviving are five daughters, Catherine Goretsky, Sharon Roberts, JoAnn (Ed) Smart, Beverly Wadowiec and Janet Bentley; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Graveside services only will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, in Phoenix Rural Cemetery, 126 Chestnut St., Phoenix, Entrance 4, Section 75. The Rev. Jeff Hodge will officiate.
