PHOENIX, NY – Mary J. Lawler, 92, former Pennellville resident, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023 at Elderwood at Liverpool in Clay, NY.
Born in Pennellville on May 29, 1931, to her late parents, Myrtle Pearl (Mason) and Henry Carey. Graduate of Phoenix, NY H. S., class 1949. She loved being around her family and spending time at Pleasant Lake.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Martin Clyde Lawler in 1998; a sister Marjorie Hudson; brothers Robert, Bernard, Clarence, & Charles; 3 grandchildren.
Surviving 3 daughters Sharon (Tracy) Botteron, of Missouri, Rene (Jerry) Goodfellow of Liverpool, Laurie Kazmierczak; two sons Martin, & Mark (Rita) Lawler; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; a sister Patricia Ann Charod of Oswego; brothers Emerson of Cicero & Christopher of CA; nieces & nephews. Services are at the convenience of the family.
