The service time is 2:00 p.m. in Phoenix Rural Cemetery, 126 Chestnut St., Phoenix, NY 13135. Deacon Bill Dotterer of Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Moyers Corners, will be officiating Pat’s service. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at R F H Hide-a-way restaurant, 1058 County Route 57, Phoenix, New York.
