ALBANY, NY – Glenn Streeter, 67 of Albany, passed away on Tuesday March 12, 2024, at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.
Born in Fulton, NY in 1956 to Willard (Bob) Streeter and Joan (Rasmussen) Streeter, Glenn attended Fulton schools and graduated with the G. Ray Bodley Class of 1975.
Glenn worked at Albany Medical Center for over 40 years.
Glenn loved travelling and visited many countries including Russia, Egypt, Morocco, and numerous others. He was a nature and animal lover and was known to have unique pets like a flying squirrel, a great horned owl, and a very large pot-bellied pig.
Glenn loved gardening and cooking. He prepared wonderful meals and desserts that were always shared with family and friends.
Glenn is survived by his siblings Cheryle Lloyd, D. Scott (Laura) Streeter, Mark Streeter, Todd (Valerie) Streeter and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
There are no calling hours. A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.
