FULTON – April 16, 2025, Phyllis A. Vincent, 83, of Fulton, passed away at home on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. She was a homemaker and enjoyed keeping her house neat and clean.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Vincent; her grandchildren, Cheyenne and James Vincent, Jr. She was predeceased by her son, James Vincent, Sr.
