Susanna D. “Sue” Brown

Susanna D. “Sue” Brown, 69, of Pennellville, New York passed away Friday, November 6, 2026 after struggling with dementia. She was born in Syracuse on April 13, 1957 to Irene M. and Clifford A. Brown, Sr. Sue had a friendly personality and was nice to everyone she met. She was living with her Aunt Lillian Meyers for several years and in her free time enjoyed crafts, puzzles and watching game shows. Her last fun activity was dancing with the staff at Morningstar Care Center and she danced her way into Heaven.

Sue is survived by her brother, Clifford (Janice) Brown, Jr.; her sister, Kelly Brown; her nieces, Brenda Brown, Leah Medina and Jessica Liepke; her nephews, Clifford Brown III and Michael Brown. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her half-brothers, Bob Brown and Gary Brown and her maternal grandparents, “Popsie” and Josephine Grevelding.

Sue’s family would like to thank the caring staff of The Gardens by Morningstar Assisted Living Community and Morningstar Care Center for their kindness and compassion provided to Sue. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
