Terry Fitzgerald

OSWEGO – March 27, 2026, Terry Fitzgerald, 67, of Oswego formerly of Fulton, passed away Friday, March 27, 2026 with her loving husband Chris by her side. She was born in Fulton on January 18, 1959. Terry was employed as a machine operator producing Nestle Quick at the Nestle Company for 21 years followed by a career as a self-employed home health aide. She treasured the time spent traveling with her husband, particularly their visits to Lake George. Nothing made her smile more than watching her grandson, Brett, race at the local DIRT tracks, where she was one of his biggest fans.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Chris; her sons, Michael Diefenbacher and Thomas Deloff both of Fulton; her step daughter, Stephanie Fitzgerald of Fulton; her step-son, Chris (Pam) Fitzgerald of Oswego; five sisters, Rybon (Charles “Butch”) Spencer of Daytona, FL, Debbie (“Bake”) Grant of Hannibal, Nancy (Bo) Bonnie of Fulton, Candy Bartlett of Fulton and Ann Marie Bartlett of Fulton; several grandchildren including their granddaughter, Karlee who they helped raise since birth; one great granddaughter as well as several nieces and nephews.

Terry was predeceased by her father, Richard Watkins; her mother, Marion Bartlett; her daughter, Kristy Lee Draper, her brother, Rossi Bartlett and by her step-son, Daniel Fitzgerald.
