Betty A. Eason, 84

OSWEGO, NY – Betty A. Eason, 84, a resident of Minetto Senior Housing passed away on Sunday April 25, 2010, at Oswego Hospital.

Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late George and Ann (Doyle) Hall and was a graduate of Oswego High School.

Betty was a self-employed hairdresser for more than 30 years.

She was a member of the Coloumbettes #227 and enjoyed crocheting and crafts.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews; and many close friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, Seth Eason, in 1987; and a brother, George Hall Jr., in 2005.

A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church at a time and date to be announced.

There are no calling hours.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Church.

Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
