
Diane E. Donohue, 78, a resident of Oswego passed away on October 28, 2024, at St.Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse surrounded by beloved family.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Lillian (DeGroff) Curran and a graduate of Oswego High School.
She was employed with the kitchen staff at Oswego Health for ten years.
She was a former member of the Eastern Star and was an avid bowler.
She cherished the time spent with her family and friends.
Surviving are her three daughters, Therese (Rick ) McAdams of Oswego, Jill (Chris) Gardenier of Oswego, Tammy (Ed) Geers of Oswego, daughter-in-law, Jennifer Donohue, grandchildren, Angela, Elizabeth, Jeremy (Mandy), Kayla, Aaron (Ashley), Amanda, Nicole, Trevor, Ceara (Rob), Thomas, Jayson, Diana, Heather (Shane), Dustin (Elizabeth), Alexys and Alyson, great-grandchildren, Orion, Katarina, Harrison, Carver, Zaylie, Aaliyah, Hannah, Tucker, Lilah, Olivia, and Isaac, her three best friends, Harriett Azzarelli, Cynthia LeFlore and Lee Riggio, several nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat Twiggy.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon Donohue Jr., twin sons, Thomas and Timothy Donohue, her brother, Bud Curran, and sisters, Shirley Jacobs, Alberta Clark, Marjorie Coon, Ginny Buchanon and Sharon Stone Dennis.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 from the Dowdle Funeral Home.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 -7:00.
