OSWEGO, NY – Douglas Knight, 68, a resident of Oswego, passed away on Thursday August 4, 2016, at his home.
Born in Parish, he was the son of the late Francis and Alice (Perry) Knight and was a graduate of the APW High School.
He was employed with Alcan and the International Paper.
Mr. Knight had a deep love and respect for the United States of America.
He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Vietnam.
Surviving are his daughters, Christina Knight and Heather Knight Koerner both of Oswego; and a granddaughter, Kaylynn Knight.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday at noon from the Dowdle Funeral Home.
