Eleanor F. Bullard, 85, a resident of Oswego passed away on Sunday May 5, 2013, at the Manor at Seneca Hill.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late James and Anna (McNearney) Tracey and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
She was employed with the New York Telephone for 11 years and later retired from the Auxiliary Service at SUNY at Oswego.
Eleanor was a member of the New York Telephone Pioneers Club and she loved to travel.
Surviving are two children, Cheryl (Mick) Crosby of Virginia and Melvin (Bonnie) Bullard Jr. of Scriba; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Melvin Bullard Sr.; and two brothers, Howard and Harold Tracey.
Funeral services will be private and at the conveinence of the family.
There are no calling hours.
