OSWEGO, NY – Fawn M. Hewitt-Chatterson, 44, of Oswego passed away on Sunday Nov. 14, 2010, at her home.
Born on Dec. 10, 1965, in Oswego, she was a daughter of Charles O. Hewitt Sr. of Oswego and the late Lynda M. (Whiting) Hewitt who passed away on April 5, 2009.
She was a life resident of Oswego and graduated from Oswego schools.
She had attended Oswego State University.
Fawn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, quoting movies and listening to classic rock and 1980s era music.
Surviving besides her father are her companion, Nathan Lewis of Oswego; her only child, Lynda (Samuel) Kirsch of Binghamton; her grandson, Evan Bernard Kirsch; her five remaining siblings, Brian C. Hewitt (Jennifer) of Lowville, Bruce O. Hewitt (Brenda) of Oswego, Charles O. Hewitt Jr. of Tennessee, April Forrest of Florida and Tamara Hewitt (Will Todd) of Oswego.
She lives in the hearts of many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Scriba Volunteer Fire Department, State Route 104, on Friday from 3-7 p.m.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or a charity of one’s choice.
