OSWEGO, NY – Helen R. Parrish, 92, a resident of Oswego, passed away on Thursday September 10, 2015, at the Morningstar Care Center.
Born in Scriba, she was the daughter of the late George and Phebe (Butts) Rose and was a graduate of Oswego High School and the Rochester Business Institute.
Helen was employed with the Amdursky Law Office for 40 years.
She loved to bowl and enjoyed playing a round of golf.
Surviving are her step-daughter, Ruth Goodsell of Desert Hot Springs, California.
She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Parrish, in 2002.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours.
Contributions in Helen’s name may be made to the United Baptist Church of Scriba.
