OSWEGO, NY – Joan M. Buske, 76, a former resident of West Fifth Street and St.Luke Apartments, passed away on Sunday morning December 16, 2012, at St.Luke Health Services.
Born in Fulton, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Maude (Stauring) Buske and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
Joan retired in 1997 as the chief X-ray technician at the Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton after 30 years of service.
Surviving are her daughter, Terri (Charles) King of Oswego; and two granddaughters, Carly and MacKenzie King.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Dowdle Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
